WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I accept returns within 14 days of purchase, if the item is received damaged or unsatisfactory. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund but am happy to discuss an exchange for the same value. As most of my jewellery is made to order, I do not accept returns on items that are unwanted gifts, but again I am happy to discuss an exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

I will accept an exchange for another item of the same value, within 28 days of purchase, as long as the item is in my original packaging and completely unworn.

Refunds take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

I aim to get orders made and shipped within 7-10 working days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All items are sent as standard by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, so please allow 2-3 days for your item to arrive after posting.

Gift Vouchers

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Virtual and physical gift vouchers are available here.

How will I receive my voucher?

Physical gift voucher can be sent in the post to any UK address. Virtual vouchers will be sent via email with a unique code personal to the recipient.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, and can only be redeemed on orders that meet the value of, or greater than, the gift card. Only one voucher code may be applied at checkout.
