Delivery & Returns

As Honey & Wilde jewellery is hand made to order, I aim to get it made and shipped to you within 7-10 working days.  If you require your jewellery at short notice, please contact me to discuss this before purchasing. All items are sent via Royal Mail, beautifully packaged & ready to gift. Our eco friendly jewellery boxes are topped with seasonal dried botanicals & recycled sari silk ribbon. Then wrapped up with lots of lovely recyclable protective tissue paper.

Delivery times - UK

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - please allow 2-4* working days on top of stated production times, for your order to arrive.
  • Optional Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 can be added at checkout. 1-2 days.
  • UK Tracked 48 shipping is free on all orders over £50. This offer is applied automatically at checkout.

* Also note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only and are not a guaranteed time frame. Unfortunately, this is out of my control but please get in touch if your order does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch.

Delivery times - Overseas

All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for. This varies per country and can be selected at checkout, before purchase. The delivery estimate is 7 working days to Europe and 10-15 working days to the rest of world, on top of stated production times. These are estimated times only.

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside my control.


I accept returns within 14 days of purchase, if the item is received damaged or unsatisfactory. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund but am happy to discuss an exchange for the same value. As most of my jewellery is made to order, I do not accept returns on items that are unwanted gifts. I will however accept an exchange for another item of the same value, as long as the gift is in my original packaging and completely unworn.

Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in all original product packaging. Packaging must not be damaged.
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Returned items must be unworn with have no signs of wear or use.
  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned.
  • Items made to size cannot be returned if they do not fit - please see sizing advice before purchasing.
  • If your purchase was at one of our stockist stores, returns must be to the original store. 
    • Refunds will be made once the item has been returned, received & inspected for signs of damage & wear. 
    • Refunds take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
    • Refunds do not include original postal charges. The refund covers the cost of the jewellery only.
    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we do require proof of postage. In the rare event that items get lost on return and there is no proof of postage from the customer, we cannot provide a refund.
    • Items cannot be returned due to tarnishing - this is a natural process and information on how to resolve this issue can be found on the Jewellery Care cards or Jewellery Care page linked on the product page.
    • If an item arrives damaged or defective then please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item.
